Renting an LED screen should not mean managing another supplier on event day. Our rental covers the screen, ground stack or truss, power distribution, the video processor and switching, a technician for the full event and dismantling afterwards.

How to book
Send the venue, date, stage or wall size, and whether it is indoors or outdoors. We reply with a recommended screen size, layout and price. For large or outdoor events, we visit the venue first.

How far in advance should I book an LED screen?
One to two weeks is usually enough. In busy seasons — Riyadh Season, national holidays and major exhibitions — book as early as possible.
Can I rent an LED screen for one day?
Yes. Single-day and multi-day rentals are available. Price depends on size, indoor or outdoor use, setup and duration.
Is a technician included?
Yes. A technician runs the screen during your event and handles switching between sources.
Do you rent outdoor LED screens?
Yes. We supply high-brightness outdoor screens that stay visible in daylight.
